After the great success of the first Where to Now? on 3 July 2020 (5 Apostolic Voices - 5 Continents) we feel its important to continue to explore this theme with leading apostolic voices from around the world that need to be heard in this current unprecedented health and economic crisis as situations change. Second waves, lockdown, border closures, mandatory testing, public freedoms, face masks, vaccines, What is God saying to the church in all of this?

Where to Now? 2 takes us to other voices in short interviews as a part of the ongoing Combined Churches Victory meetings that BFTF has been hosting for over 10 years.

Suzzette Hattingh 

Voice in the City, Frankfurt, Germany

From 1980 to 1996, Suzette Hattingh was part of Reinhard Bonnke’s ministry “Christ for all Nations” (CfaN). Heading up the intercession department, Suzette played a major role in the worldwide campaign preparations and the general ministry, later becoming Reinhard’s associate evangelist.
Her ministry of prayer during Reinhard Bonnke evangelistic outreaches, often coupled with one-to-one evangelism and street evangelism, has brought thousands of souls into the kingdom of God and has motivated numerous Christians in prayer and personal evangelism.  An evangelist in her own right, Suzette’s ministry quickly broadened into major evangelistic outreaches and prayer schools.

On 1st January 1997, Suzette Hattingh together with Gayle Claxton, founded “Voice in the City”, an international, interdenominational missions organization, endeavouring to reach out to the lost and broken-hearted, irrespective of their walk of life.

On 27th January 2015, Suzette became the founder of the non-profit organisation ‘Cinta Papua’ in West Papua, Indonesia. This has expanded into two training centres called the ‘Love Papua Centre’. Here, thousands of people interdenominationally get inspired, trained and led into a deeper walk with God.

An integral part of the ministry is healing, having been used strongly by the Lord for signs and wonders. As well as worldwide evangelistic campaigns, Suzette has a strong call from the Lord to concentrate on cities and local communities. Under the banner of servant hood, she reaches out with the same passion to one soul as to a million. Although a passionate evangelist, Suzette is also gifted in edifying and equipping the body of Christ through motivational preaching and teaching.

Pasteur Vincent Esterman

Born into a French family in Sydney, Australia. Vince was ordained to the ministry in 1977 in Brisbane, Australia. After founding Catalyst Church in Ipswich, Qld, Vince and his wife Denise moved to France in 1986 to plant churches.

During 34 years of ministry in the Paris region and in the islands of the southern Indian Ocean Vince has helped plant 35 churches and raised up many men and women in the ministry actively serving the Lord today.

At 66 years of age, the Estermans will be returning to Australia in November 2020 to pursue God’s call. He has authored 4 books translated into various languages. His book Miracle Conversions, details his many years of ministry and conversations in France

Bishop Joseph Persaud is a visionary servant leader. He is known for his love for people and his life of integrity. Bishop Persaud presently serves a member of the Executive Council of the New Testament Churches of God in the Caribbean He serves the New Testament Churches in Guyana as the Administrative Bishop- a post he has held for the past eight years. 

Bishop Joseph Persaud holds a degree in Biblical Studies from the National Bible College in Ft Washington MD, USA. He is also a class I Grade 1 Trained teacher- graduating from the Cyril

Potter College of Education in 1991. He is currently pursuing studies in a Master’s Programme with Bakke Graduate University – Dallas, Texas, USA.

Bishop Persaud was appointed in 2017 as the Global Director for the Caribbean Region by Capitol Ministries-a para-church ministry with the mission of making disciples in the political arena.

Bishop Persaud is married to his college sweetheart Rev. Diana Persaud. Their union has been blessed with three children: Jessica, Jesse, Jessiana

Howard is the founder and director of Beautiful Feet Task Force which recently celebrated 40 years of evangelism and leadership training in India, other Asian countries and across Africa. Howard has taken many small teams there to minister in evangelistic crusades and leadership conferences. 

Howard & Joy started the Combined Churches Victory meeting in 2010 to help the church be all it could be and have brought ministers moving in the presence of God from all over the world to participate in this event with local pastors and leaders. Since lockdown restrictions due to Covid-19 the meeting has been online with zoom and introduced a variety of cutting edge leaders from many countries. 

As  well as pioneering 2 Australian churches, they have ministered in churches across Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, UK, U.S.A., U.A.E., N.Z., Hong Kong, Fiji, Romania, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Ghana, Cameroon, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Malawi, Zambia, South Africa, Singapore and China. 

Howard's passion is winning the lost to Christ, teaching believers to be mature followers of Christ and bringing unity across the church.

BFTF runs a social media platform Africa Network BFTF, for ministers of all kinds in Africa and those interested in missions to Africa. His recent book, The Foundations, helps to establish new believers and is the basis for a video teaching series to establish Africa Network Ministry Training School.

An exciting short interview style online meeting with global leaders on where the church is now and where it ought to be in a post pandemic world.

With the current epidemic health & economic crisis gripping the world many things have changed for the church, as restrictions ease in some places we believe that this time is and will later be seen to be, a watershed time in the life of the church. 


We need to hear from worldwide leaders with an apostolic/ prophetic insight into the times in which we live and the purposes of God for the church in these days.


Europe - Apostle Dr Howard Barnes, 
Co director, Call2Come 

Call2Come carries the mandate in these End Times to Awaken the Church, the Ekklasia, the Remnant to embrace its End Time Identity as the Bride of Christ and begin to "Make Herself ready".  


He is passionate about shifting the Church away from only seeing Jesus as the Saviour towards also seeing Him as the coming Bridegroom King. He teaches that The Bridal Message is not just another theology but is a paradigm into which and against which all other theologies fit and ultimately make sense. Intimacy is the currency of what should be our relationship with Jesus. Such intimacy with Him is what He desires most and not our ministry activity or service. Recent world events have resulted in a Divine Lockdown, a God given Selah which must result in a reset and re alignment for the Global Church. Dr Barnes based in the UK has a message for the Body of Christ today and he encourages us to "hear what the Spirit is saying"

Asia - Rev Dr Charles Finny Joseph, 
President, Maranatha Ministries

Charles Finny Joseph, is the general superintending Pastor and President of the Maranatha Ministries with over 500 churches planted all across the sub continent of India.

He is a pastor who revived a declining church into a church with over 1500 believers. He is a mentor to many successful ministers all over the world and is an ardent worshiper. Rev. Charles Finny Joseph brought together the fragmented independent churches across India and formed the SYNOD OF PENTECOSTAL CHURCHES with over 45,000 churches working together to be the voice for the persecuted and oppressed Christians in India.

His experience which stands over 50 years in God’s calling, and faithfulness in full time ministry is a wonderful testimony to hear.


Charles Finny Joseph is married to Phebe Joseph, and together are blessed with four children and five grandchildren living and serving God around the world.

Tim Hall International Ministries is well known in Australia and many other parts of the world as an evangelist on a grand scale, He has traveled the world for over 40 years and has preached to gospel on every continent except Antarctica. Tim has a rich history of fulfilling the Great Commission to go to the nations in power, to make disciples through the equipping of churches, and baptising people in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Amos - India

Amos is a pastor and worship leader of the Maranatha church, Poonamallee, Chennai, India. He has trained many musicians and worship leaders all over the Asia. He has composed music for many servants of God. It's a great privilege to worship God and experience the glory of heaven on earth. Amos is married to Vennila and together are blessed with two children living and serving God around the world.





Ps Angela Walker - USA 

Angela Walker committed her life to the Lord in 1984. She was called by God in 1989 as a Messenger of Truth and commissioned to go forth in boldness teaching and preaching His word. God has anointed her to write and sing songs of Worship and Praise. Her first CD entitled, “God Will Never Change, has blessed many. She has since written and co-produced many songs. She is defined as a True Worshipper and Intercessor.

Gifted with many talents by God, she served as Praise & Worship Leader and organizer, Choir Director, Soloist, Evangelist, Conference Speaker and Coordinator as well as TV and Radio Announcer for many ministries. She published her first book, entitled, “You Are Unstoppable, Overcoming the Limits.”

Angela Walker was a part of the Youth on a Mission Evangelistic Team under the leadership of Former COGIC Mission President, Bishop Carlis Moody. They traveled to the devastated areas of Haiti July 2010 after the 7.0 earthquake to help bring healing to the land. In 2011, they travelled to Guyana, South America to minister to the needs of His people. Souls were saved, demons cast out, blinded eyes opened, and lives forever changed. In 2015, she travelled to Cameroon Africa to partner with a team of Spiritual and Business Professional Leaders to conduct seminars and workshops empowering the community.

She has been summoned by God to call souls around the world to repentance and righteousness by hearing of His anointed word and experiencing His love. She inspires other through social media audio and videos: (Morning Dew Prayer, Midweek Momentum and 30 Minutes of Psalms). She is yielded to God’s voice and His timing to make full proof of her ministry.

David & Rosanna Palmer - Australia

Rosanna and Dave first met at High Schools and began their first band, Solid State. They played locally and won the local Battle of the Bands.

After completing education, they became a professional band and toured Australia. Their first single release received airplay in the country, but the second one held a joint number 1 on Melbourne charts.

During the early ‘80s they worked the club / pub circuit in Australia under the name Rosanna’s Raiders with drummer Johno Zaffarese. Then, in 1982 the whole band became Christians and began outreaches and Christian concerts.

In 1988 they were signed to an American label, Refuge records. Two albums were released; one song, Breakaway was nominated for a Dove award, and along with their theme song, We are Raiders, charted in the US.

In the 80’s and 90’s, their band toured Australia several times with overseas acts, playing in all the major venues around Australia. They also helped to pioneer contemporary worship in Australia, releasing several praise albums, and leading worship at many conferences and churches, including Hillsong. The Palmers also pioneered 3 churches in Melbourne. Rosanna has since been the worship pastor at two large churches, while David has been a senior pastor, college principle, and associate pastor.

Rosanna and David have continued to minister, play live, and have recorded several more albums. They have now returned to Melbourne and have been performing as a duo under the name Rosanna Palmer in concerts, churches, and outreaches. Plus ministering in churches.

The Palmers have written 30 books between them, released 17 albums, and currently record, write, and film regularly for Facebook and Youtube.
